Sirs,
Recently a group
of concerned Vietnamese living both inside and outside of Vietnam has just sent
a letter to Prime Minister of Japan, Mr Yoshihiko Nada, to request the Japanese
government to reverse its program to provide about 10 billion USD loan to build
at least two nuclear power plants in Vietnam. Our concerns are detailed in the
letter.
We would like to
forward our protesting letter to you for your information.
We are very
grateful with your assistance in making public our protesting letter to the
people of Japan so they are aware of this very important case.
